Honolulu footage often comes from tour and activity operators, restaurants, fitness instructors, real estate agents, wellness coaches and creators who film outdoors much of the year. Common requests are monthly shorts from a podcast or video series, vertical clips from longer YouTube travel or how-to videos, and short pieces cut from livestreams and classes.
Hawaiian words and place names carry the ʻokina and the kahakō, as in Hawaiʻi, and auto captions usually drop both. Every caption is checked by a person, and we keep a spelling list for your account so names come out right each month.
Outdoor recordings bring two things to plan for: trade winds on the microphone and bright sun on faces. A clip-on mic with a windscreen and a spot of shade go a long way. Hawaii doesn't change its clocks, so the gap to mainland time zones shifts by an hour in spring and fall. We book calls in Hawaii time either way.

Do you meet clients in Honolulu?
No. We work by email, review links and video calls booked in Hawaii time.
Can you fix wind noise on outdoor clips?
Often we can reduce it a good deal. Very strong gusts on a phone mic can't be fully removed, so send a sample if outdoor clips make up most of your footage.
