The reel above is an illustration of one month planned from a single hour-long webinar. Ten moments were picked across the recording, spread over the three apps, and set out across four weeks. The hooks are made up for this example.
1. Brief and quote
You share a sample recording and tell us how many shorts you want each month and where they'll run. We watch it, ask about anything unclear, and send a written quote with the monthly count, review rounds and delivery date. Work starts when you accept it.
2. Style sheet
In the first month we agree the caption style, colors, fonts, first frame look, end card and a list of names and terms to spell a certain way. It's a one-page document, and every later batch follows it.
3. Pick list
We go through the month's recordings and send a list of moments: start time, rough length, a draft hook and a line on why it works. You approve, swap or add moments. This is the cheapest point to change direction.
4. Cut, reframe and caption
Each chosen moment is trimmed, reframed to vertical, given a sound pass and captioned to your style sheet. Openings are tightened so the hook comes first.
5. Review and delivery
The batch goes on a review link where you can leave notes at exact moments. We make the changes and put the final files in the delivery folder, with a sheet listing each clip's hook, caption text and suggested week. Extra rounds beyond the quote are priced before we do them.
